“We hosted a Lowcountry Boil for our son’s wedding rehearsal dinner in Charleston and we couldn’t have chosen a better company to cook and cater for us.  They fit right into our casual, Charleston atmosphere and the food was delicious, especially the BBQ and banana pudding.  Not only did the chef and staff cook up some great lowcountry fare, but they also helped us with our set-up and gave great suggestions for making our guests comfortable and have a great time.  It was a fantastic evening for all and it was a pleasure dealing with them through the whole process.”
