Catering for Groups of 8+

Our onsite and tailgate Lowcountry Boil catering meals are prepared with Jumbo Shrimp, house-smoked Andouille Sausage, Redskin Potatoes, and sweet Corn on the Cob layered together and generously seasoned with our custom Boil Blend. Each serving comes with house-made Cocktail Sauce, creamy southern Coleslaw, and fresh-baked Cornbread Muffins.

For our new Tailgate Express catering, we will arrive about 30 minutes before you want to eat. We provide disposable serving table cloth, plates, forks, and all other essential utensils and fix-ins for a classic Lowcountry Boil. While you set up your table our Boil Master cooks your meal on our Tailgate Boiler in your driveway then delivers it to your door hot and ready-to-eat.
 
For Traditional Onsite events our team will show up about 45 minutes before you want to eat to begin equipment setup including one of our exclusive custom Boil Buggies which comes configured either for outdoor cooking (propane) or indoor cooking (electric induction) as appropriate. Once setup, our expert Boil Master will start cooking for your group. When cooking is complete we drop all the yummy goodness onto a serving table setup with disposable table cloth, plates, forks, and all the other essential utensils and fix-ins for a classic Lowcountry Boil. While you enjoy the meal we clean up and pack up our equipment.

We also offer house-smoked Pulled Pork BBQ, brioche or slider rolls, and coleslaw along with a selection of house-made BBQ sauces.

Standard Times for Onsite Catering:

Tailgate  Tue - Sun 5:30pm, 6:30pm, & 7:30pm
Traditional  Tue - Sun 5:00pm - 9:00pm
(other days and times may be available on request)

  • Minimum 8 servings per order required.

  • Minimum 24 hours advance notice is requested. The number of available daily onsite events is limited, so please submit your booking request as far in advance as possible.

  • Orders may be placed from 24 hours to 16 months in advance.

  • Actual pickup or delivery ready time will be confirmed during booking.

A delivery fee may apply depending upon group size and distance from our facility. Exact fees, if any, are calculated during order booking.

 

Onsite catering is generally available in a 20 mile radius from our facility in the greater Charleston Lowcountry area between Isle of Palms and Kiawah/Seabrook Islands and north west to Summerville.
