On Kurt and Jean's first visit to Charleston he discovered and instantly fell in love with the amazing delicacy that is Lowcountry Boil.  After relocating to Charleston in the summer of 2012, Kurt regularly prepared Lowcountry Boil for visiting friends and family for backyard pool parties and other gatherings.

Fast-forward to a warm fall evening in 2017 when Kurt and Jean were sitting by the pool enjoying a couple of icy cold beers and a steaming pot of Lowcountry Boil.  Eventually, as it often did, the after-dinner conversation turned to brain-storming ideas for a business they could build and operate together with their adult children when they came to the realization that their shared affinity for Lowcountry Boil, passion for excellence, and unique skill-sets were the perfect combination!

Lowcountry Boil Company LoCoBoToGo was founded to bring this delicious southern delight directly to the homes of locals, visitors, and vacationers alike.  We combine the freshest locally sourced ingredients to prepare and deliver a ready-to-cook or ready-to-eat Lowcountry Boil feast.  With no shopping, slicing, dicing, or measuring you can follow the included simple step-by-step instructions to season, steam, and serve this legendary Lowcountry meal in less than 30 minutes!

For groups of 8 or more, one of our trained and talented Boil Masters will come to your house or venue with one of our mobile
Boil Buggies to prepare and serve a fun and festive Lowcountry Boil buffet for your group.  And if any of your folks aren't seafood lovers, we can serve up our house-smoked pulled pork BBQ too. All meals include freshly baked cornbread muffins, creamy southern coleslaw, and our house-crafted cocktail sauce.


And top it all off with an amazing selection of LoCo's  Dessert Delights
